These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Nexovia AI Limited corporate website at nexovia.uk (the “site”). By accessing or using the site you confirm that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by Nexovia AI Limited (“Nexovia”, “we”, “our”), a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17078632, with registered office at 259 Kings Court, Alexandra Avenue, Harrow, Middlesex, HA2 9DU, United Kingdom.

Scope of this website

This site is informational. It exists so that vendors, banks, integration partners, journalists, and other legitimate enquirers can verify Nexovia's corporate identity and understand its structure.

The site does not offer any product or service, does not process transactions, and does not create user accounts. Nothing on the site constitutes an offer, invitation, or basis for reliance in any commercial transaction unless separately confirmed by Nexovia in writing.

04/Permitted use

Permitted use and restrictions

You may view and, for personal or organisational reference, copy reasonable portions of content from the site.

You may not:

  • reproduce, redistribute, or exploit the site or its content for commercial purposes without Nexovia's prior written consent;
  • scrape, mine, index, or extract content in bulk or by automated means, beyond routine search-engine crawling that respects the site's robots directives;
  • interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
  • use the site in any manner that is unlawful under English law or under the law of the jurisdiction from which you access it.

All content on the site, including its text, layout, graphics, logos, and the “Nexovia” and “4mo” marks, is owned by Nexovia AI Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and related rights.

Nothing on the site grants any licence to those rights, except the limited permission to view the site for the purposes set out in Section 04.

No warranties

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexovia excludes all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, availability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under English consumer protection law.

08/Limitation of liability

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexovia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site.

Nexovia's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the site is limited to £100 (one hundred pounds sterling).

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by Nexovia's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

09/Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Nexovia harmless against reasonable losses, claims, expenses, and legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or any unauthorised use of the site attributable to you.

10/Changes

Changes to these Terms

Nexovia may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the site at the time you access it.

Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect indicates acceptance of the amended Terms.

11/Governing law

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim. Nothing in this clause limits any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts of your habitual residence under mandatory consumer protection law.
